SWEET & SPICY BINAGOONGANG SQUID
Ingredients:
Sauté
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 small tomato, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 pcs chili, chopped
- 1 tbsp hotsauce
- 4 tbsp ginisangbagoong
- 4 tbsp sugar
- ground black pepper and sugar to taste
Add and stir fry
- 2 cups squid, inked and cut into desired size
- ½ cup red and green bell peppers
