EASY CHILI SHRIMP
Ingredients:
Sauté and Simmer
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion minced
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 2 tsp ginger, grated or finely chopped
- 1 finger chili sliced diagonally
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp Sriracha
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ cup chicken stock
- 300 grams shrimp
- 2 egg beaten
Garnish
- cilantro
- chili flakes
- fried garlic
