Thermometer Instruction

1.The thermometer’s role is only to be an auxiliary detection of oil temperature.  It can easily be used with an induction cooker.

2.If using it with a gas / electric stove please wait for the oil temperature to rise slowly.  The thermometer first needs to detect the oil temperature.  Once the oil temperature rises, place the thermometer in.

3.Do not place the thermometer in the pot for long periods of time especially at high temperature heating

4.Thermometer can easily be clean with paper towels or cloth wipe after use.  Do not wash or soak the thermometer in water.

5.The thermometer reacts to the indoor / outdoor temperature, as such, the thermometer will not return to 0°C
