Ingredients:
Cook Noodles
500 g fresh miki noodles
Saute
4 tbsp cooking oil
1 medium onion minced
4 cloves garlic chopped
100 grams minced beef
100 g pork liver sliced
1 pc chinese chorizo sliced
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup carrot julienne
½ cup beef stock
Soy sauce ground black pepper to taste
Garnish
chopped green onions and chicharron (optional)
Side sauce
¼ cup vinegar
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
minced onions
crushed garlic
Fry (for topping)
1 pc egg
