Ingredients:

Marinate

  • 1 kg boneless skinless chicken thighs, thinly sliced
  • 1 thumb-size fresh ginger, peeled and very finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, fine julienne
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ground pepper

Stir Fry

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 medium red chilli, deseeded and fine julienned
  • 1 medium green chilli, deseeded and fine julienned

Simmer
1 cup chicken stock
