GINGER CHILI CHICKEN
Ingredients:
Marinate
- 1 kg boneless skinless chicken thighs, thinly sliced
- 1 thumb-size fresh ginger, peeled and very finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, fine julienne
- 4 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground pepper
Stir Fry
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 medium red chilli, deseeded and fine julienned
- 1 medium green chilli, deseeded and fine julienned
Simmer
1 cup chicken stock
