  • 4 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tsp 5 spice powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 bunch spring onions cut into ½ inches
  • 1 tsp salt

Wrap and deep fry (serve with chili sauce)
