INGREDIENTS:

Marinate
½ kg pork steak
4 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp lemongrass, minced
1 tsp grated ginger

Saute
2 Tbsp oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 2 cups sitaw cut into 1 inch season with salt and pepper

Sear marinated pork on both sides put aside and pour glaze, toss pork
4 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp oyster sauce
4 tbsp honey

Garnish with sesame seeds
