Ingredients:

Sauté

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 small tomato, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 pcs chili, chopped
  • 1 tbsp hotsauce
  • 4 tbsp ginisangbagoong
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • ground black pepper and sugar to taste

Add and stir fry

  • 2 cups squid, inked and cut into desired size
  • ½ cup red and green bell peppers
