Season

Sauté and sear

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp curry powder

Pour vegetables and cream (thicken)

  • 2 cups apple, small cubes
  • ½ cups mixed peas and carrots (frozen)
  • 1 can sweet corn, whole kernel (set aside brine)
  • 1 cup sweet corn brine (add water or chicken stock if not sufficient)
  • 2 cups cooking cream
  • patis to taste
